MID-MISSOURI BANK PRIVACY POLICY

MID-MISSOURI BANK is committed to customer satisfaction. While information is the foundation of our ability to provide superior customer service, keeping your personal information secure is a top priority. HOW INFORMATION IS RECEIVED BY THIS BANK

The following list is provided to help you understand how customer information is obtained and how we use that information to better serve your financial needs.

- Information obtained from applications and documents you complete in order to establish an account relationship, such as your
name, social security number, assets, and income.
- Information obtained from transactions you conduct with affiliates, such as your account balance, payment history, parties to
transactions, and credit card usage.
- Credit Information obtained from a credit reporting agency or nonaffiliated third party, regarding your creditworthiness and credit
history. We may request this credit information if you apply for a loan or are establishing a deposit account and we lack sufficient credit history from our internal records to fairly evaluate your credit history. We will only reveal essential information about customers to non-affiliated third parties under the following circumstances:

- For the completion of financial transactions/transfers as specifically directed by the customer;
- To provide products or services offered by our affiliates, which may be beneficial or of interest to customers;

Our bank employees have access to your customer information. However, each employee of the Bank is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all customer data.
